Fat Free Cheesecake Tarts
Laurie (Lawson) Robbins
Mix together
2 packages ( 8 oz. each) fat free cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar or splenda
½ teaspoon vanilla
Add
2 eggs ( do not overbeat)
Two boxes frozen phyllo shells
Pour into pre-crisped phyllo tart shells (bake five minutes in hot oven)
Bake twenty minutes at 350 degrees (pre-heat oven)
Cool then top with fresh fruit, berries are especially nice, with a sprig of mint. Keep refrigerated till served. (of course, can be made with regular cream cheese)
