Kimo’s Ginger Chicken

Kimo's Ginger Chicken

Ginger Chicken Marinade
8 oz. low sodium shoyu
8 oz. water
1/2 oz. garlic
1 cup pickled ginger
10 chicken breasts

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Marinade chicken for 3 hours in mixture. Broil until no longer pink in center.
