5 lbs ground mixture of fish (half salmon)
3 eggs
3 onions
large glass of water (might be less, see how much it takes)
matzo meal
salt and pepper to taste
In large pot or roaster, cook onions, carrots and bones in seasoned water.
Cook until broth is well seasoned.
Chop together the above ingredients until well mixed.
Wet hands with cold water and make balls.
Add fish balls to broth and add more pepper.
Cook partially covered about 2 1/2 hours.
