Salad
1 Bag Frozen broccoli
a few Carrots (sliced)
½ Red Onion
Craisins (optional)
Cashew Nuts
Dressing
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
Salad
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the cashews.
Dressing
Shake together all ingredients and pour over salad.
Add cashews just before serving, so they won’t get soggy.
