Lots of foil wrap
Round Sourdough Bread
2 Cans Artichoke Hearts, drained and cut into small pieces (I shred with my hands)
1 Small Container Soft cream cheese
8 oz Sour cream
1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
2 bunces Green onions (chopped)
Lots of minced garlic (I use the jar kind) – about a Tablesppon or so?
1 stick Butter
Cut the top off the bread and hollow it out. Save the top.
In a saucepan, sauté the onions, garlic and butter for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheeses and artichoke hearts.
Add sautéed mixture and stir all together.
Fill round bread with mixture.
Put the top of the bread on and double wrap in foil.
Bake at 375° for 3 hours.
Serve with crackers. YUM!!!
