2 egg whites at room temperature
2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mint chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat whites until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
Carefully fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-covered cookie sheet.
Place in oven, close door and turn oven off.
Do not open door until several hours later or the next day when the oven has
completely cooled.
