Strawberry Sherbet

1 box fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
1 cup (or less) sugar
½ cup water
1 tbs lemon juice
2 egg whites

Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except egg whites) in the blender.
Freeze.
When solidly frozen, remove from freezer and defrost slightly.
Beat egg whites until they form peaks.
Slowly add slightly frozen mixture to electric mixer.
Beat together gradually and put the strawberry whip in containers and place in freezer.
