The Log – Mark Lawson’s Favorite

1 box thin chocolate wafers
1 medium size container cool whip (thawed)

Create a stack of the cookies covered in cool whip (frost each top) to make a long log.
Cover the top and sides of the log with cool whip and freeze.
Slice on the diagonal and serve.
