Chopped Herring

1 32 oz. jar Pickled herring (drained and saved)
4 Hardboiled Eggs
2 Soaked slices of bread
1 Onion (grated)
1 Apple (peeled and grated)

Cuisinart and chop.
1 egg yolk mashed and juice from herring to decorate top.

Don’t chop in spices.
