Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs Round Steak (thinly sliced)
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Green Pepper (chopped)
4 Mushrooms (sliced)
1 clove garlic
Beef Broth (1 can)
Tomato Paste (1/2 small can)
1/2 Cup Sherry
Sour Cream (1/2 pint or more)

Flour meat and brown in a little oil. Add chopped onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.

Cook until onions are soft and mushrooms are brown.

Add beef broth, tomato paste and sherry. Cook until tender. (1.5 – 2hrs).

Add water and additional tomato paste if necessary.

Add 1/2 pint or more of sour cream. Reheat, but do not boil.
