Cottage Cheese Casserole

1 – 12 oz. package wide egg noodles ( no yolk noodles do just fine) cooked
mix with one pint cottage cheese (fat free works)
and one pint sour cream (fat free works)
and a dash of cayenne pepper
Bake at 425 degrees for twenty minutes or so, till top noodles are a little crisp.
