Almond Roca for Passover

Matzo
2 cubes butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)

Pre heat over to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil, dull side up. Grease. Place pieces of matzo on cookie sheet to cover the foil.
Melt butter and brown sugar and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over matzo and bake in pre-heated 350 degree over for 5 minutes. Remove and cover with chocolate chips. Place back in over for 1 minute. Remove and spread melted chocolate chips over matzo. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
Place in freezer for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and break up into pieces. Store in freezer.
