4 Matzot
3 eggs beaten
1/2 t salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1 t cinnamon
1/2 C chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 C raisins
4 large apples – chopped
Break matzoh and soak in water soft. Drain well. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Ad cinnamon, matzoh & oil. Next, add nuts, apple and raisins.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Can be doubled.
