Passover Popcorn

Linda (Lawson) Elman

We actually did take bags of this to the movies during Pesach. The hardest part of making “kosher popcorn” is making sure that it doesn’t disappear as soon as it’s made.

One box matzo farfel
4 eggs
1 T kosher salt

Spray a large flat pan with cooking spray or oil.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed. Add in the farfel, toss the farfel until it is coated with egg. Spread the farfel onto the greased pan, sprinkle salt on top. Bake it in a 350 over for about an hour. Let it cool. When cool, break the farfel into chunks.
