Canlis Salad

The Canlis Salad Recipe
Salad:
2 seeded roma tomatoes
1 head romaine
Condiments:
1/4 C. chopped green onion
1 C. freshly grated Romano cheese
1 C. finely chopped bacon
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
2-3 TB chopped fresh mint
Dressing:
1/2 tsp. pepper
juice of one lemon
1 coddled egg
1/2 C. olive oil
3/4 C. croutons

Whisk together pepper, lemon juice and egg in bowl.;

Slowly add olive oil, whipping constantly and tasting as you go. It might need more salt and pepper.

Put condiments on salad, toss with dressing and top with croutons.
