Apple Kugel

6 Macintosh Apples
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 ½ cups Flour

Peel apples and slice at the bottom.
Mix ingredients and pour over apples.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour at 350°.
