12 frozen blintzes, thawed
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
Place blintzes in a 9″ x 13″ pan, melt stick of butter or margarine and pour over blintzes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Â Dish is ready when knife inserted comes out clean.
