Blintz Loaf

12 frozen blintzes, thawed
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar

 

Place blintzes in a 9″ x 13″ pan, melt stick of butter or margarine and pour over blintzes.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.  Dish is ready when knife inserted comes out clean.
